MOVE IN/OUT INFORMATION

Once your application for residency is approved.
You will receive an automated email response of your approval.
The Email response will contain all information required for your move in.

If you are using a moving company they are required to provide insurance and showing Strada315 as additionally insured, They will email that to strada315@live.com and provide unit number.

Approved Move -In/Out Dates/Schedules
Monday thru Saturday
9:00 am to 4:00 pm

Excluding Holidays and Sundays
No move in/out will be approved on a Sunday or Holidays. (No Exception will be made)

If your moving company can't meet the schedule date/time you must re-schedule a different date and time. no move will be authorized after 4pm. (no exceptions will be made).
