DOG RESTRICTIONS - POLICY

THE FOLLOWING BREEDS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE BUILDINGAT ANY TIME
Pit Bulls or any aggresive dog is not permitted on any portion of the Condominium property.

A "Pit Bul" is defined as any dog that is an (American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, or any dog displaying a majority of the physical traits of any (1) or more of the above breed.)

There will be a non-refundable one time pet fee $250.00 per pet.

Maximum of two. (owners only)
Renters are not allowed pets.
